Halco Laser Pro Lures
All lures factory fitted with single inline trolling hooks, saving the angler time and money changing, saving losing fish , and saving fish that are been released.
Changing the hooks and split rings on the 190 sized halco lures costs between $10 to $13 a lure so this factory fitted option saves you money and time!
Single hooks are the best option for targeting fish like Tuna because they generally swallow lures and the single hook gives a more secure hook up, makes catch and release more efficient and causes less pain / damage to the fish.
Our deadly and exclusive RedBack colour has become the ‘must have’ lure for SA charter boats targeting tuna!
Running a 190XXD short corner has become standard practice for these boats for good reason!
This dark red bait colour is the perfect silhouette that stands out amongst all the boat turbulence.
The Halco 190 & 210 lures are well known to track straight and work reliably in variable conditions, so this technique is trouble free to implement.
This colour is especially effective when run with the sun behind the boat catching the cherry red back throwing extra flash to further entice any nearby tuna.
The 190DD or 160DD is ideal for running further back where the red chrome cherry top works to maximum effect.
The 210XXD has accounted for several barrel sized tuna that we know of , which obviously comes as no surprise!
The Angry Bird colour has made a bigger name for itself , but in my opinion the RedBack is the sleeper, a true must have weapon!
This $99 pack represents great value , but the true value will become known when the RedBack is used!
