Rigging - Boat ;
1 - Simply replace one of the hooks on your paternoster rig with one of these and fish as per normal, the Teaser Squid will dart and flutter around in the current and as you strike etc
2 - Tie 2 Teaser Squid on a paternoster rig and work it like a squid jig , slow lifts and drops, wind half way in and drop.
Rigging - Shore ;
1 - Sup Surface; Tie one on a leader of around 30cm In length with a suitable sized split shot fixed about 20cm back from the Teaser Squid and cast and retrieve as you would for a soft plastic .
Add an extra split shot if needed for extra casting distance or depth presentation.
2 - Surface ; same as above but with a tiny split shot and micro float / bead.

For extra attraction & buoyancy on either of the above rigs , add a small soft glow bead , green or orange , and pull over the knot in front of the Teaser Squid.
