All lures factory fitted with single inline trolling hooks, saving the angler time and money changing, saving losing fish , and saving fish that are been released.
Changing the hooks and split rings on the 190 sized halco lures costs between $10 to $13 a lure so this factory fitted option saves you money and time!
Single hooks are the best option for targeting fish like Tuna because they generally swallow lures and the single hook gives a more secure hook up, makes catch and release more efficient and causes less pain / damage to the fish.
The Angry Bird coloured Halco lures are by far the best selling exclusive Halco colour range ever made!
Designed by myself , Bruce Baddeley over 10 years ago, and bought to life by Halco Australia after some trial and error with the double chroming application of the red head and gold body combination, which was a must have feature of my design and vision for this colour to create red blood flash and gold flash with the black contrasting back and stripes.
From memory Tim Carter from Halco Australia put the project on hold until he was actually in the overseas factory himself to help the engineers work out how to apply both colours in chrome with separation!
No doubt without his understanding of what was wanting to achieve and his efforts to make my vision become real this colour wouldn’t have come to life , or been as deadly as it truly is!
I stubbornly wouldn’t settle for the standard painted red head option, so between us both the Angry Bird was born!
This colour has proven to be deadly on just about every predator species of fish in salt and fresh water Australia and world wide over the years. Especially effective on all species of Tuna, Mackerel, Barramundi, Kingfish , Cod , Callop , Trevally, Salmon , Wahoo , and Mulloway!
The Halco Laser Pro Angry Bird has proven itself by out-fishing other lures and other lure colours over and over again , this plus the constantly increasing number of lures sold strongly reflects this lures dominance.
The #1 selling independent Halco lure colour of all time! Something I’m very proud off!
A true ‘Game Changer’ for anglers and my business alike!
